As we step into 2026, it’s the perfect time to look back at a year that changed everything for me. 2025 wasn’t just another year; it was the official beginning of Lensandlights.bybea.

From the moment I launched in July, it has been an incredible journey of capturing stories, chasing the perfect Florida light, and meeting so many amazing people.



Today, I’m sharing a few of my absolute favorite highlights from this past year. These images represent why I love what I do—capturing the raw, beautiful, and fleeting moments of life.

The Magic of the Coast


Living and working in Daytona Beach means I get a front-row seat to some of the most beautiful sunrises in the world. In 2025, I spent many early mornings on the sand, waiting for that perfect second when the sun hits the horizon. This collection of landscape work eventually became "The Daytona Collection," and it holds a very special place in my heart.

Family Connections


There is something so special about family sessions on the beach. Whether it was kids running through the surf or quiet moments between parents, 2025 was full of laughter and sandy toes. My goal is always to capture the authentic connection, not just a posed smile, and I think this shot captures that perfectly.

Capturing weddings and couples is a huge part of my passion. From intimate beach ceremonies to vibrant celebrations, I’ve been honored to witness so many "I do's" this year. This particular moment stands out for its pure emotion and the stunning Florida backdrop.
